         <description><![CDATA[<div>More training with learning progressions and assessment and grading that reflects the learning targets/standards.&nbsp; Also a need to focus on mindset- the goal of learning- not viewed as punishment.&nbsp; It's been a long time since there's been an opportunity to focus on the progressions, etc. The three circles are a key component.<br><br>The importance of emphasizing the district's vision- not moving away- even though we're transitioning out of pandemic learning structures.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>targeted learning experiences (summits) on complex reasoning and on HOM<br><br>Opportunities for teachers to collaborate on the design of learning experiences using the 3 circle model<br><br>Opportunities for leaders to cement their understanding of the vision and the research behind it; to have conversations about how to live the vision and communicate it to their communities (Resurrect the elevator speech!)<br><br>Continued support in the development and the use of learning progressions<br><br>Need the strength finder training<br><br>Maybe something for our front runners that used a consultancy protocol to allow teachers to get feedback from other "veteran" teachers on the design of ideal learning experiences.  It would be great to include feedback on the implementation too!</div>]]></description>
