I learned a lot in my Personal Development Class such as; Don’t judge people if we don’t already comprehend it thoroughly, because even we, ourselves don’t know almost everything about ourselves. I also learned the importance of valuing one’s self. Believing in your value may be a crucial element of living a life where you're feeling good about yourself with no influence from another person or external source. Valuing yourself first allows you to know and believe you're ought to have love, affection, and delicacies in life. I also learned that our strengths can help to beat our weaknesses. It can increase a person’s self-confidence which is able to lead him to the way he wants to live without anyone judging him.

I have learned that sometimes we treat ourselves hard in a way that we are the one who puts pressure and make ourselves stressed out from those things that giving us stress. In short, if we know that we will face or do a thing that will give us stress, don't you ever think or put another stress to yourself because it will feel or look like you doubled the stress or you made another burden to yourself. Just relax and everything will sail smoothly. Another thing that I have learned that what we think,... what we say,... or what are the words coming out from us is what will happen to us... so that we should be an optimistic person rather than to be a pessimistic one. We should think that we can achieve, we can passed, and we could make to the finish line because those are the positive vibes that can make us a positive person. It is just like a short-term manifestation. And lastly, it is okay to have insecurities because that is life and it is not too late and it is not the end,... we can still develop individually to make ourselves better but we should have mindset that there is always a room for development even if it is so small development to us... It is still a development whatever aspect it is...:>

The 3 things that I've learned in personal development are first is being aware of yourself, like we know are self worth if we truly know ourselves, like little things that can make you fragile before is just a simple problem now, we become more stronger and bolder in facing challenges in life, second it's normal that we experience stress but we should know how we can handle it, pushing ourselves to it's limit can make us feel tired, always remember that if things get hard on you always take a rest and start again, and lastly I learned that we can get through our weaknesses , facing challenges in life can break the weaknesses in ourselves, not because your weak you will make your life miserable, always remember that weaknesses is just the starting point of your self development, don't be scared to try, so that you can overcome it.

I also learned that we shouldn't also judge people quickly just by their appearance because it can lower their self-esteem, we should always be kind to others to boost their confidence and to do what they like. I also learned to manage time because time is really important that we shoudn't waste it on things that won't help us we should use time on important things. The best thing to do in life is to change to be a better person that anyone can rely on.

Those problems can cause positive and negative impacts on my life. That is why I also learned that knowing myself is one of the most important things to do. It can help me to overcome better the challenges that I am facing. By knowing my strengths and weaknesses, I think I can easily find and solve the problems in my life. The last thing that I have learned is that instead of just knowing my weaknesses and strengths, I should also learn how to accept them. Valuing and accepting myself can help me grow. By doing these 2 things every day, I think I can become a better person every day. Knowing how to handle yourself and the things around you can be a great way to develop yourself each day.

While listening in our Personal Development Class, it made me realize that having depression and anxiety has a huge impact as we go on.

I learned many things in our Personal Development class and here are some of it. We should accept and appreciate ourselves. No one is perfect, we are not perfect and that is perfectly fine. We should embrace our own weaknesses and flaws. We are special and unique in our own ways, we are one in a million. Never compare and never down grade yourself. Just like what RedVelvet said "Sometimes you gotta be bold, just rock the world, Booyahhh!":) so we should be brave and have confidence in dealing with our life. We should have the courage to improve ourselves and be patient, only take one step at a time. We should see problems and struggles in a different light. Consider them as challenges that will make us stronger and better. We should also have a support system like family and friends that will make us feel loved and feel special. Be optimistic and never give up. Learn to cope up with life and eventually everything will be fine.

The three things I've learned in personal development are that stress will always be a part of our lives but the important thing is that we know how to deal with it. If you are tired and weak, you should rest. There is nothing wrong if you want to rest because it is one of the way for you to be okay. You can also talk to someone you trust the most, allow yourself to vent and it will be very helpful for you because you know that there is someone who is always there for you. Second, I discovered a lot about myself, my strengths and weaknesses. We all have weaknesses but we should accept and embrace them all, we just need to remember that having weaknesses is normal and does not mean that we are weak. It is one of the reasons why we are trying to improve ourselves and become stronger. We can change ourselves if we want to, we just need to know what we want to improve in order to become a better person. Lastly, knowing and loving myself is the most important thing I need to do because if I don't, I may not be able to overcome challenges and problems in my life. Accepting opinions of other people about me can help me grow and improve myself. No one is perfect, so we should not judge other people. Let us all enjoy our lives as long as we are aware of our limitations and try to become a better version of ourselves every day.

Honestly, Personal Development class is a class that doesn't necessarily talk about academics. This class is related to the psychological well-being of a student that not many classes tackle. It has always been like a taboo thing to talk about stress, development, and changes, but within this class, I've felt more open and free to express myself. First things first, I've learned that everything we feel is normal and valid. We go over and across changes that we cannot choose and are needed for our body to grow. Sometimes, these changes cause our feelings, thoughts, behavior, attitude, and emotions to mix and match and it might not create a satisfying result yet we must not be too hard on ourselves for it is valid and just. Next, I'm already aware that stress causes different effects on our body-- may it be a cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and physical symptom, but knowing that it is normal and there is really such a thing as that is enough to calm me and let me breathe for a while. Lastly, during our class, I was able to think of my strengths and weaknesses, my boundaries and limitations, and my goals and my aims. It guided me to rationalize my thoughts. The activities we had where we think of our most carefree moments, the happiest moments, and our reflection of ourselves is not something we always do but I'll always be glad that I was able to experience it because it was one of a kind. This class is like a breath of fresh air. There may be technical terms and complicated topics but the way it touched our soul is much more freeing. It was more than just a class. It is a session of understanding, believing, and building ourselves.

I learned from this class that we should know and be aware of our strengths and weaknesses so that we could fully understand ourselves. Knowing our strengths will make us better and make us to fully maximize our capabilities and skills that will help us in our future career. We should also look and understand our weaknesses but not because we want to down ourselves or to find fault in ourselves but we look for it because we want to change it and we want to improve it. We should turn these weaknesses as our assets and not as liabilities. Accepting these weaknesses and trying to improve it will make us stronger. The second thing I learned is that we experience stress and it is normal to be stressed but what is not normal is that we do not do anything to get out of that experience. There are a lot of ways to cope with stress. One is by resting your whole body, stop doing anything and give yourself plenty of time to just rest. Second is by doing what makes you happy for example are your hobbies like drawing, reading and many more. And even crying is a way to release stress, because when we cry, we let out our feelings that we cannot say in words. We should remember that it is okay to cry, crying does not equate to being weak. When I cry, I always have realizations that I can use to help me find solutions with my problems. Releasing stress is very important because if we are in a lot of stress it can lead to anxiety, depression or even suicide so it is very important for us to take care of ourselves. And third lesson that I learned and the most important for me is to love yourself. If we don’t love ourselves how can we love others? How can others love us if we don’t love ourselves? If we love ourselves we can achieve the goals that we want because loving ourselves means you trust and accept who you are and that’s what we need to get them. If we don’t love ourselves we cannot progress, we won’t have motivation to keep on doing things. Self-love will make us happy even if there is no one beside you. Self-love will make us free. Self-love is the best love you can get it will make us happier. Everyone has weaknesses, everyone experiences stress, but we can overcome it if we love ourselves, having confidence, being optimistic and having the drive to make ourselves a better version. Always remember the line of E. Russell, “Keep watering yourself, you're growing.”

I learned from this subject that we should look after ourselves because we are the only ones we have at the end of the day. Our mental health should be prioritized as well because we sometimes put too much pressure on ourselves, which can lead to worry or despair. Another thing to consider is that prioritizing myself is not a selfish act. Keeping my focus on what's important and letting go of what isn't. I also realized that pain has no significance if it is done for no reason. I'd like to close with a quote from Mark Manson: "True happiness occurs only when you find the problems you enjoy having and enjoy solving".

This class has taught me that we each have our own unique aspects that we should value and embrace. I know it's not simple, but understanding how to do it is important. Valuing yourself does not mean that you're arrogant, but rather that you've decided to value yourself and love every aspect of yourself. This isn't something you can change in a day; it'll take time, but it'll be worth it in the end. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses will allow you to gain a better understanding of yourself. Have the guts to develop yourself, it will benefit you in the long run. I've also realized that we all encounter stress on a daily basis, and that everyone handles it differently. The challenge with stress is that it can lead to many undesirable behaviors and decisions. Stress or pressure cannot be avoided. Music, on the other hand, helps me deal with stress. Overall, one of the most essential things I've learnt in this class is the need of prioritizing our mental health and self-care.

The ability of a human being to think is far more vulnerable than any other mechanisms our body can do. It leads to several hardships and often makes our very own way of life much harder than we expect it to be or more than what we bargained for. But also, I also learned that even this vulnerability is not its weakness, it is just its defensive state in which people can start thinking more to take care of them selves, I also learned how to cope up with stress, just live a little and worry less about things you can’t fix. And for socializing, I learned to not judge others using another person’s point of view, you need to know it yourself and thus it will lead you to the truth.

I've learned that we shouln't pressure ourselves too much and learn to accept what we truly are. Give yourself a rest because everybody deserves that and also it can take away our stress and problems sometimes. If you really can't handle every problems you have, you can rely on someone you can really trust and tell them your problems until you feel relief. Give yourself a time to love and value yourself, there's no rush for that. Learn your weaknesses and think how you can cope with that when the time comes. Think about the person, things or even your hobbies that makes you happy to make you feel relax and take away the stress you have. Nobody's perfect and every person is unique when they find their strengths and capabilities.

I have learned that there are a lot more that we need to explore that are within ourselves. We acquire may things throughout our whole lifetime in which it is too much to count yet we have attained little knowledge about ourselves. In a mere summary of 3 things, I have learned the following. First is perception. As the meetings of personal development go on, I can see different perceptions of life and reality itself. Many of which varies from individual to individual and we must learn to accept them. Next is Intimacy. As a growing adolescent, intimacy becomes more fond of me and although it is not totally bad, we must know where we stand and our boundaries and what not. Last is Relief. Relief is one that a lot are having a hard time coping with due to the many stressors that we encounter daily. By learning these factors and fundamentals, I grow much more day by day and understand what my true meaning and purpose in life is

My knowledge broadens more, particularly with regard to myself. It gave me such awareness that I needed to take note and remember in order to improve.

Thus, here are the things that I have learned.

To begin with, the topic of strengths and weaknesses conveyed the essence of assessing myself. Like, what strengths do I need to continue? So I can share them with others too. Otherwise, knowing what my weaknesses were helped me focus on what I needed to do to fill those gaps in me. Openness to accepting constructive criticism is also involved.

Next is about the various developmental tasks during adolescence (early, middle, and late). In this lesson, I've come to realize what challenges are being faced by adolescents, considering I myself belong in middle adolescence too. In addition, I can say that it is interesting to know about those developments or adaptations adolescents go through in different aspects, such as physical, social, etc.

And lastly, a topic that deals with stress. I can somehow relate to it. Hence, it gave me a better understanding of the factors, or rather, causes and effects of this. Furthermore, it also discusses coping mechanisms to overcome stress and to achieve or maintain mental health.

I have learned that we should not let stress take over because it will to serious problems that we our selves cannot solve. The second one is do not do things all at the same time, do it one by one it will help you focus more on your current task and if your task is for example a project by focusing on it first you can produce a good project. Last one is that we should not let other people control us. It's our body so we decide on what is good and what is not for our body and also we should not let others decide our fate it's our life so if you to a doctor then pursue it don't what others will think because in the end they are not the ones who will do that job you are.

I also learned that we should know our stengths and weaknesses. In that way we can handle ourselves. We should not be afraid to admit our flaws and we should just embrace it because it is part of us. Also that there is nothing wrong if we feel we ar vulnerable and we cannot be like other people. It is fine to be who we are. All of the feelings we feel are valid.
