Very rude staff member just said NO when asked if open. It was 11AM on 22nd June, so a fair question. Further question of “are you open later” met with I don’t know, depends on when the boss wants to open.

Perfect location with very friendly staff. Our mother-in-law recently celebrated her 90th birthday here with her family. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Hats off to attentive hostess Demi: you're the best! (Thanks also to Petr and Erwin for the excellent service.) -no room review, no overnight stay required-

Surprised by the positive reactions. I normally always go to the Roosendaal location, where it's incredibly pleasant and relaxing. In Goes, it all started with my wristband not working. Goes recently underwent renovations, but what illogical choices were made there! A sloping pool, so no steps or anything. No problem, but they need another sign saying "caution, slippery." Why build something like that? A walkway made of wooden sleepers with loose shells in between. Imagine stepping on it with your bare foot or tripping over a sleeper in your flip-flops. I saw people hobbling along the path on their toes. Why choose something like that? Three saunas, two of which are ridiculously hot. And I don't mean that they're 85 and 90 degrees Celsius, but the heat from the equipment is very unpleasant. And then you create a color sauna as the third. You stick some wood to the wall, attach three panels of colored lights to the ceiling, mounted and finished in a terribly ugly way, and then you give that sauna two large windows and a glass door facing the garden. How are you supposed to enjoy a colored sauna with so much daylight? There's no soothing music in the saunas, and everything is absolutely devoid of atmosphere. The infusion man kept doing the same thing with a towel and couldn't get past tank 3 (of the four ice tanks). There was barely any scent to the ice and it was far too hot. After tank 3, he couldn't even manage it himself. Instead of immediately giving the people outside fruit, the man, with the fruit in his arms, starts by giving a long lecture on heating and cooling. Showers that don't work, that switch off automatically (so you keep pressing that button), rust on the ceiling, and rust that runs down the steam bath doorknob, for example. There are no sinks with ice-cold water anywhere (not even in the toilet) where you can hold a bottle because the sinks are too small, so there's no space. I could come up with so many more things, but I'll leave it at that. When I told the lady behind the counter how disappointing it was and gave her the example of the color sauna and daylight, she didn't even understand what I meant when I asked if she thought that was logical. It was €23.50 wasted, even though I drove an hour for it (and 45 minutes back). Never again. I'd love to get my money back, but I'm sure it won't happen. Roosendaal is a bit smaller, but they should be so proud of their sauna! Goes pales in comparison to Roosendaal!
