         <description><![CDATA[<div>Britain was able to take advantage of its large amount of coal deposits to create iron and could use its timber from the American colonies to create the strongest navy in the world.  Overall, the Industrial Revolution allowed Britain to excel past other nations and become a world power.  One of Britain's largest natural resource was coal, however iron and timber production were also very prominent.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> Russia focused on making the Trans-Siberian Railroad and exports during their Industrial Revolution.  They became the 4th largest producer in steel in the world.  In addition, they laid down more than 36,000 miles of railroad.  Overall, Russia's industrialization did not have much of a major impact on them other than improving foreign commerce as their major industrialization did not come until the days of the Soviet Union.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Japan had a forced industrialization in which their leaders hired experts to replicate the type of industrialization happening in Britain and America.  Despite it rapidly progressing Japan as a civilization, it also brought along with it some societal inequalities and atrocities.  One of Japan's most prized companies was that of Mitsubishi, who created ships to compete with Western commercial liners.</div>]]></description>
