That is untrue, there are responsible breeders that partake in interviews with potential new owners to ensure they are a good fit.

Dorchester Paws has already maxed out their capacity.
Horry County Animal Care Center in Conway had to temporarily close its doors after taking  in over 170 animals in august.
Greenville County Animal Care has such a large amount of animals it is euthanizing some for space.
