These groups of individuals tend to be optimistic,always ready to take needed action and think and do things with righteousness. ENFJS have Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging traits. This type tend to feel called to do great things and feel as though they have a purpose in life. They are thoughtful and idealistic. This type works to have a positive impact on other people and the world around them. These personalities also tend to rarely shy away from an any opportunity to raise their voice and/or do the right thing, even when doing so is far from easy. This type also tends to be very hopeful admits difficult circumstances and believe that there is always things to be grateful for. These types also have the ability to identify quickly people underlying intention and motives, and feelings about them and others. What makes this group of individuals stand out is their pure intention in sincerely desiring to do the right thing. Even when they disagree with an individual they tend to still wish the best upon them and search for good within them. Their strongest ability, is the ability to lead by example.

My strengths are very accurate and display my most vulnerable weakness, such as tough decision making, overly empathetic,selflessness, unrealistic goals and ambitions that put pressure on me, and can be intense. My strengths are also very accurate as I have strong leadership skills, am charismatic,altruistic, optimistic, and 100% a peace maker. I think that this is very accurate for myself and therefore will rate 10/10.

    • can come across as condescending - when trying to inspire people or express opinions they can seem as though they think they are better than others

    • Unrealistic - having high expectations and wanting everybody to get along and help everyone which can be very unrealistic

    • Overly idealistic - having strong opinions and morals on what they think is right or wrong and get surprised when others don't think like them

    • Intense - can be seen as intense as they want to push others to their best,that they may not even be ready for
