I am in charge of customer service of accessories where my responsibilities include:

• My name and phone number appears on the poster so that people interested in buying accessories can directly WhatsApp me to place their orders.

• I also handle customer feedback and complaints, both before and after they receive the goods, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• I am the one in charge of ordering 20 phone chains online. To get a better deal, I need to negotiate with the TikTok Shop seller for a discount.

I am in charge of the finance and product.

My responsibility includes:

• Keeping track of financial flow, especially our profits and losses and transactions made, to ensure the sales and income tally.

• Delivering products to customers.

I am in charge of packaging for accessories, along with Zahirah Hannani. We packed all the orders received from the customer service team. Then, we give it to the delivery team for them to deliver it to our customers.

As we are in charge of packaging, we are also in charge of keeping the stock of our products, only the accessories.

One of the biggest challenges I face is managing time effectively. Financial tracking requires focus and precision, while deliveries often come with unpredictable elements like last-minute changes. Maintaining consistency in both areas can be demanding. Despite these challenges, I find the role rewarding. It pushes me to grow, improve my multitasking abilities, and stay resilient. Each day brings new opportunities to refine my skills and deliver value, both behind the scenes and on the front lines.

The popia seaweed is made in my dorm and Lisa's dorm at Kolej Cempaka, where we split tasks like preparing, frying, and packaging evenly. This teamwork helps maintain the quality of our products.

For deliveries, customers in Kolej Cempaka get free delivery, while others pay a small fee: RM1 for Kolej BRC and Kolej Taz, RM2 for Kolej Sakura, and RM3 for Kolej Dahlia and Kolej Allamanda.

To manage finances, I track all expenses and sales closely to avoid losses. We budget carefully for ingredients, packaging, and delivery costs. I also make sure profits are shared fairly among the team. This way, our business stays organized and profitable.

Taking charge of finances allowed me to ensure our expenses stayed within budget and profits were shared fairly. This journey has strengthened my skills in collaboration, organization, and problem-solving. I’m truly proud of our group’s accomplishments.

We charged additional RM1-3 for delivery depending on the customer’s location.

Our platform of sharing and promoting our products are mainly social media which is free. We do offer QR payment apart from COD. We currently do not have any sponsors or partners.Our main target is UNIMAS students.

The Popia Seaweed team operates efficiently, handling key activities to ensure smooth production and delivery. The process begins with sourcing fresh ingredients from a nearby store, ensuring the highest quality for their product. Once the ingredients are secured, the team meticulously prepares the meals, crafting delicious popia seaweed with care and attention to detail. After preparation, they skillfully pack the product to maintain its freshness and appeal. Simultaneously, promotional efforts are carried out to advertise the product through various platforms, increasing visibility and attracting customers. The team then takes and processes orders efficiently, ensuring no delays in handling customer requests. Finally, the orders are delivered promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and reinforcing the team's commitment to excellence.

ACCESSORIES TEAM

The Accessories Team carries out several essential activities to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service. The process starts with sourcing materials from trusted suppliers, guaranteeing top-notch ingredients for crafting their accessories. Once materials are secured, the team focuses on promoting the products through effective advertising strategies, utilizing various platforms to reach a broad audience and boost sales. Orders are then received and carefully processed to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. Finally, the team manages the delivery process efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their products promptly and in perfect condition, showcasing the team's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

What I enjoy the most about running this business is the happiness it brings where it allowed me to create stronger bonds, not only with my teammates but also with our customers. I am grateful for the experiences and skills I have gained along the way.

Once we have everything, we gather at Kolej Cempaka to prepare, make and pack the popia seaweed snacks with my team. It’s a fun and productive process where we all work together to ensure the snacks are prepared and packed neatly. We divided task evenly.

After the snacks are ready, I promote them on social media platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram to reach more customers. Once we receive an order, we arrange for delivery based on the customer’s location.

Customers at Kolej Cempaka get free delivery, making it convenient for them to enjoy our snacks. For customers at other locations, there is a small delivery fee:

First, we collaborate with Shopee, specifically through Store Coco Jewelry to buy hairclips. Second, we have partnered with TikTok Shop specifically LovelyCaseStore-MY to buy phone chains.

By leveraging these strategic partnerships in both categories, we ensure the consistent growth and success of Bloom4u, while meeting the needs of our customers with quality products.

Overall, through these experiences, I gained valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and task management. With the task distributions, our business operations went very smoothly, from placing orders to delivering them to the customers. This experience not only helped me improved my ability to work collaboratively but also taught me the importance of attention to detail and efficiency in meeting customer expectations.
