Voting is the right given to all citizens over the age of 18 that gives a say in a specific law, campaign, and presidential officials.

Voting can be taken for granted. People abuse their ability to register voters and persuade them to vote fore a certain party. This is illegal, so if anyone spots illegal activity in volunteers they must report it.

Without laws or age limits, children could abuse the right to vote.

Voting determines future presidents, officials, and laws which could for the better or for the worse.

Voting affects every aspect in our lives from schools to health care to homeland security.

Without voting, there would be no democracy. If the powerful people were the only ones who get to elect officials, our country would be more like a tyranny. The most powerful tyrant would keep electing himself.
