Four of the W’s (who, what, where, when) and the one H is used to comprehend for details, analyse inferences and judgment to get to the fundamental facts and guide statements to get to the abstraction. The last W (why) is often asked five times so that one can drill down to get to the core of a problem. This Analogy is also the same in everyday English when teaching.

The aim of the project is to take 10 words each week that were either used, heard or written in the global media during the course of that week. Each word was defined and then referenced to the media that it came from. The project started in June and will run through to September. You can all the mind map versions on BiggerPlate (The home of Mind Mapping) and I will post each PDF to Padlet for each week.
