Front desk requires  communication skills and proficient OPERA skills. I have been good at both requirements which makes me the perfect for this position. Although I am still learning OPERA, I believe it would not be difficult for me.
F&B Services
As being in a service postion, I need to be very strict about the details and efficient. In order to be efficient, significant knowledge and experiences are mandatory. My experiences from school and previous work place also helps me do better in teamwork.
Guest Relations
Guest relations is to take good care of VIP guests' expriences and handling complaints. It needs good listeners and problem-solving mind, which match to my interest and strength. Reading books makes me patient and good at listening.
