We ensure that signposting of additional resources and University services are known by all to enhance the students' ability to action their feedback and make the process as "1 click" as possible. 

But to allow this to happen we need staff committed to our unified goal, enough training and knowledge to write high quality ,inclusive, accessible feedback and to continuously signpost students to what feedback is as well as digital platforms to facilitate these processes to happen consistently for a wide range of assessment types submitted in many different forms. This needs to keep up with the dynamic nature of live briefs, personalisation, inclusivity and respond to changing student behaviour and preferences so we need to continuously evaluate our practices and tools.

Learning from previous experiences of self and others and evaluating in the context of current and future plans and financial/infrastructure capacities.

Listening to staff, but also recognising the need for continuous and personalised approach to development to not increase barriers and align with behaviour change readiness where possible. However, this is also reliant on a cultural shift and recognition/reflection of skills. 

Roadblocks such as operational challenges can prevent staff from adopting new or digital practice so ensuring that any change is fully tested and address operational and infrastructure issues before adoption.
