         <description><![CDATA[<div>This morning I was very stressed out about a presentation I had in first period to calm myself down I took deep breaths and started thinking encouraging and positive thoughts like "you'll do great" or "you're one of the first people to go up and you'll be done sooner" if I'm really stressed at my house or something I'll try to distract myself by talking a walk or watch satisfying videos like asmr. </div>]]></description>
