Taylor's College is an independent college or pre-university program in Malaysia, offering the Cambridge A Levels as well as the South Australian Certificate of Education. It is ranked among the top Cambridge A Level college in Southeast Asia. My option if I join this or any other pre-university is the Cambridge A-levels. A-levels can open many opportunities to many universities worldwide as its globally-recognized. I'm still not sure if I want to attend A-levels in a pre-university as from this website it states that I shouldn't take A-levels if I prefer being assessed through a blend of coursework and exams. A-levels is a 100% exams based. I'm probably not as academically inclined to do so. Also it declares that if I'm looking to pursue a course that requires hands-on skills (e.g. culinary arts, hospitality and tourism) in my case, maybe dentistry, I shouldn't take A-levels. Maybe I should focus on pursuing my dream course in dentistry.

You may ask "why did I chose the second best?" This is because the university that ranked first in dentistry the University of Sao Paolo, in Brazil. Studying in Brazil will have more side challenges that I want to avoid because it may affect my studies. Some of the reasons are language barriers. Most of the Brazilian population speaks Portuguese and I'm not fond of learning it. Also, there’s  more globally-recognized qualification methods to get in an American university.

What do I watch you may ask. Honestly I watch anything. Anything and I mean it. Cartoons for kids? Hell yeah. I just love watching everything from episode one till the latest one. Lately, I just finished watching Mr Maker. I mostly watch english cartoons, I don't really have interest in Malay series, but for Upin Ipin I'm all open.

But lets get serious. I lovelovelove Asian drama. K-drama for delusion, Thai drama for actual drama, viet drama for the sass, indian drama for the action, japanese drama to bring back childhood memories (as an ex-anime enjoyer, but pls i have a lovehate relationship with that..) But my personal favourite?? C-DRAMA. Yes. Chinese. Drama. I just love the plot and storyline and the acting, the characters and most importantly, the actors.

If you want a list of what I watched I put it in the "shows and movies" section. And please DO give recommendations on what too watch, I really appreciate it!!

Sadly, nowadays, I don't have much time to watch anything. I really lost interest.

Personally it's the best way for me to just shut all my thoughts while I solve it. Although I do get stressed when I play puzzles, but it's mostly because of the surroundings.

Just imagine a Friday evening and its pouring outside. You sit on the carpet and pull out a puzzle set. You turn on the air conditioner, lock the doors, play some classical music or lo-fi beats and just spend you time alone, solving the puzzle.

Most of the puzzles I play nowadays are puzzles from my childhood, so most of the pieces are faded or lost lol., but I try to turn a blind eye and just enjoy the process.

My favourite puzzle set is an exclusive puzzle from : "The Diary of the Wimpy Kid : The Last Straw" , which I bought from a carboot sale back when I was in England (i just love carboot sales). I was a huge fan of Wimpy Kid and I still am so when I solve it just brings so much memories out. The smell is so nostalgic!

I had a love for cycling since I was little. I still remember the old days when I was 3-4 ish where I go cycling along the street in front of my house on my pink four-wheeled bicycle. My family was a huge f anof cycling before the pandemic started (we all lost interest after COVID sadly). We used to go cycling around the the neighborhood and KotaSAS every morning and evening if we got the chance to. Now our bicycles are just collecting rust and dust.

If I have the chance I would love to bring my bicycle to college one day, but the terrain in the Seremban Campus is not so... cycler friendly. For the Bangi Campus, I don't think there is a proper place to store bicycles. But with all that thought, I just don't have the guts to cycle at school.

My bicycle is kinda big, not really a bicycle for riding in the park like the picture I embedded above, it's more of a sports bicycle idk?? I'll put the picture in the "possessions" section if you're willing to have a look!

I just hope that one day, I have the passion to cycle with my family, or alone. It's just my favourite way to heal, spend time outside to relax and exercise.

I would call myself a picky eater, but I'm not THAT kind of picky eater. Call me weird but I will ALWAYS save the best part of the meal o­­f last, so I can enjoy it better. So don’t come asking me “Oh why you put that at the side of your plate? do you not want It? Can I, have it?” NO. Best for last rule in eating hits hard.

But despite being a picky eater, I would LOVE to try different types of food from various menus and restaurants, especially if it is food from different countries around the world.

Even at a mature age of 14-ish, I still do not and will always refuse to eat my veggies, not even my fruits. Well, I COULD eat vegetables if they are chopped or diced into small pieces like the ones you find in the Chinese Fried Rice. “But that’s processed vegetables” I do not care, that will probably be my only source of the whatever nutrients you find in vegetables. But there are some cases I eat my vegetables, that is when the vegetable is like soft; for example, in soups and tomyam, or when I'm embarrassed that people might see me as a picky eater, or when I enjoy the food so much, I don’t even realize I ate the vegetable. In that case scenario, you probably would catch me eating the vegetables first, so that I can enjoy the rest of my food vegetable free.

Other than that, I also have lego sets from Harry Potter. I have a set that I can actually play with other people which is the Harry Potter Quidditch Match 75956. For my favourite lego friends set LEGO Friends Mias Tree House 41335. Somethings that I nearly forget are my disney sets. My biggest and favourite disney set. I couldnt find the set in the official website, so when I get home Ill find the lego id.

Lego sets are extremely expensive in Malaysia, so it looks like I have a lot of money to buy all my lego sets. Lego is so expensive here in Malaysia, but I actuallu bought it in London, its wayyyyy cheaper there.

I adore baking a wide variety of treats, each with its own unique story and satisfaction. I like to bake chiffon cakes, chocolate brownies, cupcakes. I also love experimenting with different types of cookies from classic chocolate chip cookies, red velvet cookies, soft cookies and much more.

My personal favourite is the chiffon cakes because I like watching it rise in the oven. I equally enjoy the creative aspect, decorating cakes with various designs ( even though I'm not a professional ) tweaking recipes to add a personal twist, or putting seasonal fruits and spices for a fresh take on old classics.

I started to enjoy baking ever since I baked raya biscuits when I was in Standard 4. That time I made red velvet cookies, semperit and many types of chocolate cookies.

Baking is something I think everyone should try, no matter how good you are in the kitchen. It's not just about making something tasty it's about having fun and being creative. When you bake, you get to chill out and lose yourself in the process, and there's nothing like the satisfaction of pulling something delicious out of the oven that you made yourself. Plus, it’s a great way to make friends and family happy. Handing over a batch of homemade cookies can really make someone's day.

I like taking pictures of the landscape, the sky, aesthetic scenery and my friends. My I will post some of the pictures I took in the "gallery" section!

For now I take my photos with my iPad or my phone. But in the future I want to invest on a camera to strengthen my love for photography. My current camera that has been in my wish list for a while is the Canon IXY200 Compact Digital Camera Optical 8X Zoom. Its a very cute and vintage compact digital camera by canon. It has a hefty price of approximately RM 1,190 but it's cheap for a digital camera nowadays.

When I scroll through my gallery looking at all the pictures I took, it feels like a therapy and a throwback. With sad, hurtful, happy and enjoyable memories, it is a way that I can get lost in time crying or smiling at the photos.

Something I wish from this hobby is that I always capture memories that has other people but I was never in the pictures because I'm the one taking them. So I just hope there is someone else capturing the memories with me in them.

But I would claim myself as a kpop listener. In the image attached, the song player is LO$ER=LOVER by my favourite boy k-pop group which is Tomorrow By Togthere (TXT)/ I have been a fan of TXT since October 2020. My current favourite song is "Deja Vu" in their new album that was released on 4.4.2024, "Minisode 3: Tomorrow" TXT's music doesn't have a specific genre, even in their albums, I enjoy various kinds of songs. Other k-pop bands I listen to are TwentyFourSeven With Us, Aespa, Twice, Seventeen, Enhypen, Straykids and much more. Not only that I listen to kpop, I also listen to krnb. My favourites are Wave to Earth, PRYVT, dvwn and much more.

With my vast preference of songs, I listen to Western, Filipino and even Chinese artists. My favourite western artist are Laufey, Mitski, Chase Atlantic, CAS, Conan Gray, Rick Montgomery, Artic Monkeys, The Neighborhood, Brunao Mars. For Filipino artists, I love Zack Tabudlo, and SunKissed Lola. For cpop, I was introduced to a boy band by Yun Jie from 2K2. The band is Teens in Times. I really like their concept and music style.

I just love this song so much. I listened to Heather a lot during the lockdown season. I always imagine a scene with the lyrics even though its a bit confusing with the pronouns and stuff. Listening to this song gives so much flashbacks. Conan Gray will always have a special place in my heart. The album Kid Krow by him just hits hard. I have a lot of favourites from this album.

I tried a new style of designing my moodboard so its like a mix of perception.

Our homeroom, Madam Syuhada came in during the homeroom session to talk about the Iftar Ramadan this evening. She needed to volunteers to go out with her. Qayyim and I volunteered. To be honest, I only volunteered to go outside school and take a breath in the outside world. Sorry for anyone who wanted to volunteer for this event, welp. We discussed that we would eat Richeese, so we collected money, 10 ringgit each, but there were some people who paid more and parents who also donated money. Thank you to them too! I forgot how many ringgit we collected, but we did got a lot of money! We were planning to go out at 2:30pm I think??

Before we wanted to go out, we had to fill in a form from the main office. I just filled the form, I honestly didn't know what to do next, so I just stood there stupidly while Qayyim asked Miss Syamilah on what to do with the form. Then, as usual, at 12:30 we went for lunch break. When I arrived back at class, I saw a message in the Official batch group. It made my heart SANK. The marks for the last assessment (final exams) from Foundation 1 is out. Qayyim already warned me not to check, because it will ruin my mood. And it did. But at what cost? It's my fault anyway. And it's best for me to see my results first , before my parents do.

Then we went out, as usual, the moment I sit in a moving vehicle I feel sleepy and sick. But I sat in the passenger seat so the motion sickness was not as bad. We arrived at richeese, bought a set for each student, and Madam Syu ofc. While we were waiting for our order, we went to Secret Recipe to buy a cake because we had extra money. They put a text "2K6 Babies" on the cake. I guess it's a tradition for 2K6 isn't it? (ytjt) We picked up our order and put it in the car. Afterwards, we went to pick up Madam Syu's child from her school. I fell asleep during that journey. I don't know why but I get automatically drowsy and sleepy every time I go on a car. I couldn't sleep the way back to campus. That kid what loud asf. I don't have a thing for kids. I can't stand them. The only kids I accept are kids who are 4 years and below. lol.

When we arrived at the campus, thankfully, we got to 'cop' the big table, two actually. So our class was the only class that only used the big tables. hehe. It was about 5pm when we finished setting up our table and putting our food in the DM. We went back to class to get out bags. It was about 5pm when I arrived back to my room. I panicked because the event started at half past 5. And TXT had a comeback at 5. I watched the MV while I got ready. At about 6 (lol) my friends and I went to the BAIS to start the ceremony. There was 'Tadarus Al-Quran', gave gifts for the competition winners and a bit of an Islamic talk. When it was maghrib, we ate a date to break our fast and did our prayers.

Then, we went to the eating hall to, eat!! yipee! It was our first time eating together with our homeroom, since last year we didn't get to do much with our old homeroom. We ate the richeese. Since we only bought level 0/1 (i think), it wasn't spicy at all. If all our classmates could handle some spice, I would love to buy level 3. I was full after I ate the chicken. Thankfully I didn't get the food from the DM, if I did, my stomach would die. I forgot there was cake, and I think everyone did, lol. We were all too full but surprisingly the cake finished in a blink of an eye. I brought my slice back to my room so I could eat it later.

After we ate, we went back to the BAIS to perform our isya', tarawih and witir prayers. Then the fun begins! We all gather in the road between aspura and aspuri. We all thought we were going to play fireworks, but sadly the stock didn't arrive yet. I could sense the disappointment in the crowd lol. We lined up by our class and did 'salam-salaman' together. No tears were shed, maybe it's because we aren't that close with the F1s yet, but it we were all hyped up when we 'salam' our batchmates (among the same gender ofc). Sadly we couldn't bring our devices, but there are some people who still brought their ipads to take picture (which is a must).

Later on, everyone went back to their hostel and settled down for the night. But Zara, Ain, Aimi, Sofea, Nia and I stayed at the gazebo outside the hostel (still in the gates) and took a lot of photos and clips to do some jj (lol) and for memories. We had a blast, and I will forever treasure that moment. I'm just really grateful I'm included.

I loved that day. So many things happened. I wish I could have more experiences like this.

Iftar Ramadan signing off !!

So yeah it all started way before the election week started. At first I wanted to be the Protocol and Events Exco, since I competed for it last year (but didn't get it, i js tried for fun). I was also a member of the Protocol Buddies. Madt and Azalea wanted me and Irsyad (another PB) to carry on in our work field of protocol, and of course I agreed. I'm glad there were many people rooting for me to compete for EXPA.

D-5 : Wednesday

As usual, I took a form and fill in my manifestos for that position. That night I did my resume so the next day I can submit my form.

D-4 : Thursday

The next day, I was sitting in PBL doing nothing. That was the last day to submit our forms, so I was waiting for Madam Zue for her to fill in the lecturer recommendation. My friends and I were walking outside in the hallway while waiting for PBL class to start. We walked past the Meeting Room 2, and one of my friend, Ain, says nobody wanted to compete for the Vice Secretary position. I was like "still?! Didn't sir want to find someone to compete for that spot" Then my friends persuaded me to compete for that position. I wasn't confident because the VS is part of the Masters, and I don't have the heart to leave Protocol. My friends were like "Alah you'll win without competing, if you do lose you can still try for EXPA" and I was like so stressed. Protoc was really dear to me, I really wanted to continue doing what I enjoy, but somehow they persuaded me enough and I ran for that position. I redid my resume and did my poster for the election

D-3 : Friday

I printed out my posters, even though I have no competitors. I still had to do a campaign because if I don't, nobody will know I'm going for this position, and I do need to gain the voters' trust. Most of the students think I'm competing for EXPA, but at least they know now. Masters' voting day is on Monday, so we had to put up our posters early.

D-2 & D-1 : Saturday & Sunday

The weekend has arrived but the voting day is soon. I recorded my manifesto video with Aimi, from 2K1, she competed for the Academic (Pure Science) Exco, and Dhya, from 2K7, was kind enough to help us record. thank you!! I finished editing and submitted the video into the Google Drive. On Sunday, I just relaxed and finished my assignments. I'm not that worried since I have no competitors, but I am worried for the other Masters.

D-DAY !! : Tuesday (i think)

Today's the voting day. I don't know what to feel. Maybe cuz i don’t have any competitors?

That evening we got our results for Masters. And all of the are DIP!! I hope that the journey of being an MTP will fine.

We had to wake up early, because we had to go on the bus to bangi at about 7:30, so there wasnt morning assembly. As usual, 'janji melayu' the bus came at about 8+

I was on the same bus as my friends from 2k7, so we were really loud. Our bus was 2k6,2k7 and DIP f1s. We sat at the front of the bus, but suprisingly we weren't as loud as usual, lol. Maybe because we all woke up too early in the morning and everyone is still drowsy and tired. I didn't want to sleep because I didn't want to ruin the outfit, but I was too tired, everyone was, the bus was really quiet and eventually, everyone fell asleep.

I woke up when we were at the gate, so I had time to tidy myself up. I woke up my friends, and thee lecturer on board woke up everybody else. My bus was one of the buses that arrived last, so when we got down everybody else were already heading to the seats. But my bus was the first bus to arrive for the girls. So thankfully, we got the best seat, close to the food!

Going to our seats was so embarrassing for no reason. Since we are from another campus, we don't see the seniors and the seniors don't see us much. They all looked at us going there, since they're older than us, it was a bit awkward. But we got to meet the f3s and we greeted them happily because we haven't seen them in a while.

We settled down at our seats, retouched our makeup and hijab and wait for any announcements. When they told that we can eat, my table was blur. Even though my table is one of the closest to the food, we didn't line up straight away. We just watched people running to line up, and we were stuck like ice. We wanted to wait for the line to be shorter but it keep getting longer, so we ended up lining up for the food.

The food was DELICIOUS. They had 'nasi briyani' if I'm not mistaken (I don't know my Malaysian food well, sorry lol), Malaysian snacks and sweets with 'air sirap'. It wasn't my favourite, but I really enjoyed it.

After we finished eating, we touched up in the toilet. As usual, there was a lot of people. Then we walked around just to be familiar with the bangi campus again. After that, we recorded some tiktoks, why? Why not? And also it's because that one of my friend, Zara is really active on tiktok and like to make videos. We did some JJ and other trends to. I had to hold back the cringe, honestly.

About half an hour later, all of us were craving ice-cream. Thankfully the line was short when we got there, but it was really slow. It's also awkward because the line is next to the boys' seats. We didn;t mind, but we could hear everyone talking, and the smell.. not really amusing..

When we got to the ice cream stall, there were two flavors, strawberry vanilla and MINT CHOCO.. of course I took strawberry vanilla (i took 2 lol). My friends all took mint choco.. whats so delicious abt mint (toothpaste) and CHOCOLATE.. Anyways the icecream was really refreshing.

After that, we went back to the administration block to take a few pictures, class pictures and pictures with friends and seniors. Then we took a batch picture (in the photo above). Did a few poses for jj too. It was chaotic to gather everyone and handle the crowd, but we the photo turned out quite alright.

We took a break for about half an hour then we went back to our campus in Seremban. It was a nice day, everyone was tired and sweating. It was really hot since it was mid afternoon. We got on the bus and fell asleep on the whole journey. A very beautiful memory that I will remember.

Preparation !!

As the new MTP lineup was selected, we got our first work for this session, and it was a big task. We had to organize and handle the whole Teacher's Day celebration! What a fuss. First, Sir Saiful had a brainstorming session with the Masters. We got a few ideas and the outline of the celebration. The gifts, decoration, food and much more! We also divided the work to the excos. The next day, we held a meeting with all the MTP members. Gave the work and explanations.

The night before the celebrations, we got our decorations ready, and went to the eating hall to start decorating. We managed to complete the preparations, but we went back to our dorms at about 2am !! It was tiring but we had fun!

The day !!

On the day of the celebration all of the MTPs were super tired. We started our day as usual, had breakfast and went to the usual morning assembly. After that, all students were required to stay at the 'dataran melewar' for the 'sukaneka'. I didn't join because I had to prepare for the next activity for this even at the eating hall. Before I went to the hall, I went to the office to print the names for the administrators' seats. It was stressful because the paper cutter isn't that accurate, and if I'm not mistaken, it was my first time using the one in the office so I'm not used to it. After I finished cutting the names, I went to the DM.
