Ibuprofen poses serious health risks when taken to prevent pain during sport activities especially by endurance athletes.
According to multiple researches on endurance athletes who use ibuprofen, it does not beneficially affect performance or muscle damage. In fact, it has been otherwise associated with cell damage and elevated indication of inflammation.
