·         turned out that we are a good team. which can work well together

at the end a lot of stress, the last day all at once, a burden for VMa

• the plan was not followed

• lack of presence of the SP during the preparation, while LR was present during all reports, submissions etc. and her experience was needed

• EN and VMa were ready for more support, but were not given clear tasks

• some tasks such as the annex could have been done much earlier, allowing time for other important tasks

• we new early enough there will be a call, the prep could been that much earlier

• no clear vision of the project as a whole
