Waktu yg digunakan untuk mendisukusikam job vacancy didalam sebuah kelompok memerlukan waktu yang lama, sehingga lebih baik jika job vacancy dari dosen saja, dan mahasiswa membuat CV tersebut. </p><p><br></p><p>4. Memberikan pernyataan pemantik terlebih dahulu terkait dengan CV, memberikan contoh job vacancy beserta contoh CV yg bagus, memberikan job vacancy kemudian siswa diminta untuk membuat CV sesuai dengan job vacancy yg telah diberikan, kemudian CV dikumpul dan dibagikan secara acak, kemudian siswa diminta untuk mengkoreksi atau memberikan komentar terhadap CV teman. Setelah itu guru dan siswa sama-sama mendiskusikan bagaimana CV yg benar dan baik itu seharusnya.</p>]]></description>

Because we actuallearn about structure of cv for the good one also we can design a creative cv</p><p>3. During the group discussion the teacher should  ⁠more pay attention in group progress.</p><p>4. ⁠-class opening, </p><p>-opening questions, </p><p>-explaining the material with an interesting PPT, </p><p>-Use Problem based learning for individual assignments (the teacher gives a job vacancy then the teacher asks students to make a CV based on the job vacancy as creatively as possible using several design apps). </p><p>-The teacher as the HRD, </p><p>-the teacher gives feedback</p>]]></description>

Then after discussing, the teacher gives an example of job vacancy which contains qualifications, experiences, etc. Next, each student create their own cv based on the job vacancy that provided by teacher. After creating, the teacher asks several students randomly to present it. Teacher leads the class to discuss the cv (giving feedback or suggestion). The following activities, the teacher shows how to write an introduction when we are going to send a CV through Gmail.</p></li><li><p>maybe we are going to provide some examples of good cv and wrong cv. Then, students will ask to compare what the different between those two cv. After that, they should analyze what are the structures which include in the cv. Then, the students can create a new cv using good structure.</p></li></ol><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

This made us realize that to achieve these goals, we need to create a well-structured CV.</p></li><li><p>One activity we would like to improve is to implement a role-play where one student acts as HR, and another as the job applicant, explaining why their CV is good and should be accepted.</p></li><li><p>We would like to implement this by adding a brainstorming activity to guide students on why creating a good CV is necessary and important. We also want to include a role-play activity where students practice in a real-life context—one as HR and the other as the job applicant. The applicant would explain their CV to build confidence and communication skills, which will help them when they apply for jobs in the future.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

We think it's better if you choose a video or provide video that uses subtitle, because you teach non English education student so they still don't really familiar with listening to English audio. And besides that, probably it's better if you choose a shorter video so the students aren't boring.</p><p><br/></p><p>2. Probably the teacher should understand and memorize the materials first before teaching, if teacher looks at a note, it'll make the class interaction is not smooth.</p><p><br/></p><p>3. The way the teacher explained the material and technical terms was too fast, probably teachers can manage their speed while teaching so students can follow the lesson.</p><p><br/></p><p>4. Probably you can choose which way is more effective to grouping students.</p><p><br/></p><p>5. The teachers should also conclude the lesson after asking students to conclude what they have learned today.</p><p><br/></p><p>Thank you very much.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Group: Kocak Gaming</p><p><br/></p><p>Based on our observation, this group teaching performance is quite good. They construct the activity well and eventhough there is a problem at the begininh this group still manage to run all the learning process including roleplay and the giving feedback.</p><p><br/></p><ol><li><p>Yes we can notice the indicators</p></li></ol><ol start="2"><li><p>Making script and do role playing are the activities that we find most interesting. Because it's motivate the students to dive deep into the lesson.</p></li><li><p>The instructions are a bit hard to understand and led the students to be confuse. It's better to give a simpler instruction. </p></li><li><p>We will add running text to the video in the learning media.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
