I think not all of those four will be achieved. Because if we put that in perspective our society will not accept because no
matter what government say's or anyone else segregation continued, even now days not every one has freedom of speech for example if your dark people will not take you seriously as they will take someone who's skin color is white.

I think that all four are not achieved because yeah some of them gave more rights but some of them didn't help people that much to power.

No i dont not think that the goals of the four freedoms speech were achieved on the home front. I say this because there mindset hasnt changed that much even though they gave us freedom they were stingy it for example the water for example the separate but equal laws... we were equal but whites were more privileged. i believe that this goal had to be achieved in over time because peoples thoughts and how they were raised is not going to change in one day.

 I think was high percentage of employees by women large number of women working because they did not have freedom the issue of women is very important for your rights .
