The Norms NTC ISO 14040 and 14044 and for the analysis of the cycle of the life ACV allow to know the increasing conscience respect to the importance of the environingingmental protection, and the possible associated with the products, so much the manufacturers as the consumed ones,
The ACV can help
• identification of opportunities to improve environmental performance
• the contribution of information
• The selection of relevant environmental performance indicators.
• marketing
The LCA is related to the aspects and impacts related to the environment (that is, from cradle to grave).
There are four phases in an ACV study:
* Definition of the objective and scope.
* Inventory analysis,
* Environmental impact assessment,
* Interpretation.
These 4 phases are focused on: product development and improvement, strategic planning, public policy development, marketing, etc.

In relation to the article Life Cycle Analysis of Distributed Energy System Projects’ Energy Consumption and GHG Emission – A Case of Beer Brewery Auxiliary Power Supply in China. With the data analyzed in the article shows the energy saving and reduction of emissions, comparing the values bars in Figure 1, the bars that compare natural gas with coal and the electric network shows an energy saving of 8% for the gas-based distributed energy system and the 38% reduction in GHG emissions. If the difference between the energy produced by the gas and the generation by coal is made, the percentage is much higher, reaching 60% in the reduction of emissions. In this figure 1, different comparisons are made, which are compared, are very valuable to understand the research carried out in the article.
