I have worked with the bank since 2006. Joined in as a Loans officer and then went into Operations where am now the Operations Manager a position based at head office. We support DFS at both the front and  back end that is from on boarding customers to monitoring float levels with service providers, while resolving DFS complaints and then reconciliation of accounts. This is in addition to the basic role of operations of setting and monitoring internal controls as well as overall branch supervision and support.
Am excited to learn more on DFS and meeting all of you!
