In my opinions, there are various ways on how to overcome this issues. There are;
a)Converting the intellectual property into cash; and
b) Broaden the waqf concept
c) Adhere to the concept of Waqf

3.1) Converting the intellectual property into cash

Intellectual property like patents has an exclusive period which issued on a new invention in product design, functionality, and production process for the maximum duration of 20 years from the date of filing. Once inventors are granted their patents, they have exclusive, legal protection to produce, own, use, sell and create their product for the period of 20 years. The term of 20 years of ownership was established because of innovation and technology from time to time often make a patent obsolete after 20 years or less.
Hence, by converting the Intellectual Property to cash, this will resolve the issue arises in Intellectual Property as a waqf. Since the inventors decided to waqf, then the inventors can use the money generated from the selling of the Intellectual Property as an asset to waqf for the benefits of Ummah.

3.2) Broaden the Waqf concept

As we all know, when mentioning about the waqf, majority of muslim refer to traditional waqf like education, healthcare, public amenities, and so on. Besides, most of Muslim regard waqf as having to permanently devoting its property for the benefits of community, especially to the Muslim community. That is true in the sense of the essence of waqf, but waqf can also be in temporal. Majority of muslim haven't thought that the intellectual property can be one of the source of waqf that can greatly benefit the Muslim community. This is because an intellectual property like patents, and so on introduced to us a new method on a way of mass production of products, or inventing a new way of doing things. By having intellectual property as a waqf, this help the community especially muslim community to ripe that benefits from the waqf patents and implementing it in their daily life. Hence, this can significantly contribute to the growth of socio-economic institutions in Islam.
Besides, the Sunnah has recognized several form of waqf, which are temporal such as a horses, sword, and so on. Such understanding leads to an inference that temporal waqf is possible, whether the asset is temporal in nature or the period of waqf is temporal so long as it met a few criteria like the agreed term be it the life span of the asset or as willed by the founder.
Thus, a relevant authorities like National Fatwa Council need to critically analyse the potential of Intellectual Property as a waqf as it can greatly benefit the ummah and issued a Fatwa based on the Shariah principles.

3.3) Adhere to the concept of Waqf

Waqf can be literally define as stop, contain or to preserve. In Shariah, waqf can be defined as a voluntary, pertinent, irrevocable dedication of a proportion of one wealth in the sense of cash or property for the benefits of community in order to obtain Allah’s blessing. Once waqf, it cannot be inherited or sold or any act which transfer the property to other people or organizations.
Based on the definition above, It’s clearly stated that one of the elements in waqf is permanent. Since the Intellectual Property has a time period which is around 20 years, it is advised that the inventors convert the Intellectual Property into a cash if he/she decided to waqf. By adhering to the concept of waqf, the issue regarding the Intellectual Property as an asset to waqf can be avoid.
In conclusion, by adhering to the principles of waqf, it will help the inventors gain more insight on what to waqf? or gain answer on any questions arises.
Thus, by providing some of the suggestions as stated above, we hope that the issue arises pertinent to the intellectual property as an asset to waqf can be solved.

There is various ways to avoid riba in credit card:

a) Pay your outstanding balance completely

The easiest way is to pay the full balance every month. There no outstanding balance and no interest charges

Most credit cards come with a grace period or without interest (usually around 20 days) where the purchase is now non-interest bearing. The bank takes advantage of this time and many balances before the free period ends

b) Excessive use of credit cards

We need to avoid using credit cards in excess. Usually the bank will charge a very high interest rate and also a fee on any cash advance so we can minimize its use.

With little effort we need to keep track of spending and try to avoid paying more overdue fees

c) The use of credit cards in accordance with Islamic law.

Islamic credit cards need to be shariah-compliant and free of any activity that violates Islamic law. The main difference between Islamic credit cards and conventional credit cards is the ban on gharar and usury. Gharar means excess, while riba is interest-bearing. In addition, Islamic credit cards have no compound charges as excessive charges are prohibited under shariah law.

Islamic credit cards also have a filtering system to ensure that credit cards will only be used for halal transactions. This means that Islamic credit cards cannot be used to buy alcohol, gambling or for other unauthorized activities and purchases of Islam. If the card is used for that purpose, the card issuer (i.e. the bank) will not allow and the transaction will be denied.

a) Distributive Terms tightened

Divisions are carried out more thoroughly, for example each individual who has ownership or an applicant to get the land surveyed first. The land department has to ask the individual to make a proposal or business plan and to study the proposal, to ensure that the land to be given is not left behind. At least they have activities or suggestions to ensure that land is not allowed. Questionnaire questionnaires, and listening to offerings from individuals need to be carried out for surveys can be carried out in detail. For those who engage in an activity abandoned in the field give opportunity to apply for ownership of the land.

b) Collaboration between financial institutions and related institutions

Collaboration with a bank or related company such as a company's investment, an agricultural department, etc. to ensure that budgets and proposals run with relevant institutional advice. With the following companies and institutions the land is not left behind as it has a driver and avoids fraud after the land is owned. As such, there will be improvements to ensure that individuals or landowners are provided with financial assistance or assistance.

Suggestion on appropriate solutions

Mohd. Fuad Md. Sawari et. al. (2011) discusses the SSP offered by BSN from the perspective of Shariah. His study found that the contract was used by in the SSP violated Wadi'ah contract terms. In Wadi'ah, banks are not allowed to spend money on investment, but in practice, BSN uses money for investment. Therefore, the basic contract within the SSP becomes qard (debt) contract. Scholars unanimously declare that giving nothing Benefits like gifts to creditors are usury, so the SSP is considered as not valid in accordance with Shariah. Therefore, this study proposes to execute the contract mudarabah in SSP products.

Every contract that has been outlined by the Islamic law has its conditions specific. Therefore, in shaping new products that use Islamic contracts it is necessary to meet the conditions set out so as not to miss the road yours sincerely. For products offering rewards such as al-Awfar and SSP it is necessary to apply the appropriate Islamic contract to ensure that any unlawful actions such as usury and gambling do not occur.

Mudharabah is a profit sharing contract between depositors (investors) and businessmen (banks) rather than debt or loan contracts. Rewards and prizes may be granted provided the Mudharabah contract is clear and funds prizes are not taken from Mudharabah sources. This is an issue when This award is made in lucky draw. However, it is not conceptualized gambling because gift giving does not bring harm to any parties involved. So with this, it is clear that Mudharabah is a contract suitable for Al-Awfar, BIMB and SSP products, BSN.

Muzakarah National Fatwa Committee for Islamic Religious Affairs Malaysia The 98th meeting on 13-15 February 2012 discussed the current status Syariah compliance with BSN Premium Savings Certificate Scheme. Where, before this Certificate Scheme Premium Savings of BSN using Wadi'ah contract has been updated with using the Mudharabah (profit and loss) and SSP funds invested in Syariah-compliant instruments and assets as well as prizes donated is using funds from the source of BSN Islamic Banking Scheme (Official Portal of Malaysian Fatwa). Therefore muzakarah agreed to decide that SSP which has been renewed by BSN is a full product Shariah-compliant and required by syarak.

The previous SSP can be classified as Wadi'ah yad Dhamanah contract because through the SSP of depositors will deposit money into the bank and the bank will using depositors' money with the purpose of investment. This is a coincidence with contract Wadi'ah yad Dhamanah where the bank is a guarantor to,depositor deposit money. Indirectly, the situation can be is classified as a Qard contract which means a loan.

Based on the arguments discussed and agreed upon by the above scholars, shows that through SSP, the bank uses savings depositors. Thus, it indirectly changed the contract of Wadi'ah to contract Wadi'ah yad Dhamanah. Scholars unanimously argue that when the concept of Wadi'ah yad Dhamanah used in banking products then it should be considered as al-Qard (loan) from depositors to banks. However, BSN has made renewal in SSP contracts ie, using the Mudharabah contract.

Based on the views of the scholars on this matter, then it turns out that the law of extract origin in any aspect is necessary and that no clear arguments forbid it. This requirement occurs when all parties who accepts the draws is to accept the same rights, there is no element of gambling or Maisir in the affairs of the draw and draws done is in the matter required by Shariah.

What can be concluded from this writing is the Mudharabah contract is a great fit in gift offerings in the product based on savings and investment. Depositor no longer need to hesitate because it is clear that Al-Awfar deposit products and Premium Savings Certificate (SSP) using the Mudharabah contract in carrying out its transactions. In fact, lucky draws offered by BIMB and BSN in storage and product investment is justified by Islam. The need for this lucky draw have strong arguments. Therefore, society now should change perception that this lucky draw is banned in Islam.
