1.      Facebook

a.      Memes
Insight: Memes are universally understood by the public of most ages, including students. Therefore, CikguOnAir can build awareness by using this opportunity in order to let the student understand COA more in a humorous way. 

Mechanism: 5 different memes that are related to CoA and their services will be posted on Facebook for a week to garner responses from students. 

 

b.      Facebook competition

Insight: Using vouchers from different brands to gain attention from the students to increase sign ups.

Mechanism: A competition will be held on Facebook where the students stand a chance to win free vouchers and CoA promo codes.

 

Vouchers from 3 merchants can be won, 2 free TGV passes, RM 50 Popular voucher and RM 100 Superbuy voucher. Each picture will be uploaded with CoA logos around it. Participants will have to count and guess the number of CoA logos in the picture in the comments. Free trial classes will be offered to those who choose to sign up and screenshot their sign-up page in the comments. To win the competition, the students have to sign up as well. The 30^th comment will be chosen as the winner for the first, 40^th for the second and the 50^th for the third.

 

c.       Promo photos 

Insight: To create hype and inform students on the happenings on CoA. 

Mechanism: (Each posting is on 1 day)

 

Post 4 promotional content for the intro video on Facebook, one for each student featured in the video and one general one about the video itself.

 

Post 1 promotional content for the how-to video.

 

Post 4 promotional content for the competition, 3 teasing the prizes and 1 reminder right before the competition.

2.      Instagram 

a.      Movie related content 

Insight: Another way to relate to students is through movies. CoA can use this as leverage to release content that is funny and understood by the students.

Mechanism: Five movie-related content based on new or anticipated movies will be posted on Instagram.

b.      Insta page collage

Insight: To promote the competition on Facebook

Mechanism: A promo photo for the competition will be divided into 6 photos as an instagram picture collage and each photo will be posted every day for 6 days of the week.   

c.       Feature teacher of the week 

Insight: To help the students have a better understanding of their online tutors before buying the package and showcase the tutor’s credibility to combat the mindset that CoA may not be credible. 

Mechanism: CoA will choose 5 outstanding online tutors and we will post their picture on Instagram. The reason of choosing them as feature teacher will be posted in the caption.

d. Memes
