         <description><![CDATA[<div>The IIN Plate completes the picture of health by including important lifestyle factors. Those four factors are known as primary foods, which are also found on the Circle of Life. The four forms of primary food will truly nourish you, while the food on your plate comes second. <br><br>The main differences between the Integrative Nutrition Plate and the MyPlate is the necessity of water (instead of milk), fats/oils and primary food.<br><br>Image: Rosenthal, Joshua.          <title>A Holistic Approach</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What's the big picture? Look at the whole person instead of a single concerning issue. Holism is the idea that suggests the idea of concepts being a "whole" instead of individual parts. A health coach must integrate these ideas into a program that fits their client's needs. Instead of looking at the single issue at hand, one must be aware of all of the concepts that may lead to that issue. <br><br>Ian Thompson, a community mental health nurse, believes that, "Someone who behaves with holistic understanding experience a harmonious balance between body, mind and spirit." It is also stated that it is considered a mistake when someone tries to separate the three - they must be considered as one part. <br><br>Thompson, Ian.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My name is Renee and I'm just an average 23 year old trying to figure out this thing called life. Soon I will be starting a new chapter of my life by becoming a mother; the love of my life and I have been blessed with a baby boy! Our little man will make his appearance into this world sometime in February 2019. While I am away from work, I will be taking care of our little man and continuing my education. Life has been a roller coaster, and is about to be a lot different - nothing less than positive changes. My passion is to help others and make a positive impact on the world.<mark><br><br></mark>I studied online and received my Health Coach Certificate in November of 2017. Since then, a lot of time was spent reading self-help books and trying to reach my own goals. In order for a person to be successful as a coach, they must first coach themselves. In order to understand the dedication needed to reach a goal, I had to overcome some major life challenges. At this point in my life, I feel like I am ready to spread my wings and help make an impact in this world. No matter where I go or what I do in my life, I always knew I wanted to help others and make an impact on the world around me.<mark><br><br></mark>My Mission: <mark><br></mark>Encourage others to take a leap of faith and stand outside of the crowd in order to live happier and healthier lives. My goal is to reduce the necessity of Big Pharma and create a ripple effect of holistic health and wellness. A coach is someone that you can rely on to help get you out of this rut. <br><br>Consider reaching out to a health coach if you want to: <br>- Make a change, but don't know where to start<br>- Someone to hold you accountable<br>- Change eating habits<br>- Prevent various diseases.<br>- Reduce stress<br>- Steer away from Big Pharma and learn a different way of dealing with those issues<br>- Sleep better<br>- Become more active<br>- Lower the risk of chronic diseases<br>- Learn how to eat better and eat-out less<br>- And MORE!
