In 2022 in the Indoor World Championships in Belgard, I broke the record for triple jump with 15.74m.

It was a really proud moment of my life and I was so happy to achieve this P.R.

I'm from Venezuela and I was proud to give my country this world record.

It was the most amazing moment in my life and I was really stunned. I swear I can still remember the feeling when they shouted my name across the field, all I could do was fall on my knees and cry.

I'm happy to be an exemple for younger athetes and I encourage everyone to pursue their dreams and never give up. It's worked for me, and it could work for you, if you give it enough time and dedication.

My advice on when times get hard, is simply to close your eyes and picture yourself in five, ten years from now, living the life of your dreams. When you open them again do everything and anything in your control to make sure that that person will be you in a few years' time.
