         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is a Basque food, originating by mistake in Bilbao. A merchant in 1836 mistakenly bought far more cod than he wanted. He wanted to turn the situation to his advantage. He had to find a way to cook this with the few ingredients that were on the market at the time, i.e. oil, garlic and chilli peppers. Some people put chilli peppers in it, but in my family they don't. It's a recipe to be eaten or eaten as a snack. It is a recipe to make for lunch or dinner.<br>Recipe:&nbsp;<br>1. Cut the garlic into slices and fry them in hot oil.<br>2. Lower the temperature of the oil and fry the cod with the skin side up and then down. It is very important that this is done in this order, i.e. first the top and then the garlic.<br>3. Then stir the casserole for about 20 minutes to mix the cod with its own gelatine and form the sauce.<br>4. Put the garlic on top of the cod and... Mince&nbsp;<br>150 grams of parmesan cheese&nbsp;<br>2 head big onion&nbsp;<br>5 garlic clove&nbsp;<br>1 kg. Domates<br>2 tablespoon of flour<br>1 and a half cups of milk&nbsp;<br>250 gr. Liquid oil &nbsp;<br>salt, pepper<br><br>Preparation of:<br>Lasagna leaves are thrown into the boiling water in the pot and a little oil is added.After boiling the lasagna for about 10 minutes, take the leaves out of the hot water and put them in cold water.For the sauce, heat the oil, add finely chopped onions and fry until they turn pink.Then add the garlic and minced meat.After the minced meat is cooked, add the tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes, set aside Heat oil in another pan and add 2 tablespoons of flour to it, mix for a minute, add milk to them and continue mixing.Add the black pepper, when the mixture solidifies, take it off the heat.
