         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Classroom Accommodations</strong>: Modification of assignments across all content areas to meet Jack's instructional level, slant board for writing and scribe for extended writing assignments, highlight information on page, framing of response space, multi-sensory instruction when possible, directions broken down step by step and repeated, positioning supports, build up pencil grip (shark pencil), project reading material when possible to increase field of vision, extended time for processing information and directions, oral instruction given in short simple language, gestural cues to assist with location of visual field, movement breaks. Use of grid paper when lining up math problems, no more than 3 lines exposed at once</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Assessment Accommodations: </strong>Assessments modified to meet Jack's instructional level, slant board, more white space on tests, scribe for written responses, highlight directions.<br>Tests read to Jack when applicable, directions broken down step by step and repeated, extended time, breaks, alternate location (1:1 or small group), framing of answer space to decrease visual clutter, grid paper for math assessments.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
