         <title>3) Intervention strategies should be chosen based on what is best for the priority population.  Interventions are the activities or set of activities that would lead to the desired outcome and use the resources most effectively.  Intervention strategies can include such things as health communication, health education, environmental change and community mobilization.  The most important thing is to make sure the strategies you chose align with the needs of the population and are effective.     </title>
