Leaders:
1.  Think long term
2.  Think in relationship to to larger/global trends.
3.  Reach beyond boundaries to reach and influence constituents.
4.  Emphasize vision, values, and motivation.
5.  Have the skill to handle conflict between constituents.
6. Seek to revise  processes and structures.
