         <description><![CDATA[<p>Vaea - Electricity</p><p>David - God made atom so that the positively charged atoms would attract negatively charged atoms.</p><p>James - The friction makes the balloon either gain or loses electrons which makes it positively or negatively charged. Then the thing it sticks to is oppositely charged so it stuck.</p>]]></description>
