- it is aimed at promoting the community in general. For example, the food is sourced from local farms. This benefits the farms, which are local businesses, and therefore the local economy. She also mentions that many of her "clientele" come from rural backgrounds and therefore are knowledgeable about farm-produce. She claims this brings them together and gives them a sense of familiarity and perhaps comfort.
- The food she serves it nutritious, "delicious" and organic.
