I love how the BFG book used a simile like “ His arm is thick as a tree trunk.” At first I WAS wondering why the big friendly giant took Sophie? Then, as we were reading by… It said “ If somebody sees a giant they have to take them and then they would have them forever.” The Big Friendly Giant Said.
