We have done several audit projects together, but my most memorable one with you was the PA audit. Though the long hours going through messy piles of "Hong Bao" application forms and late nights at the CCs were challenging, I was grateful to have you by my side through it all.

During my recent visit, you mentioned feeling conscious about your appearance, but what I saw was the most beautiful, strong person I've always known you to be. I saw the true Geok Guan.

You spoke about your regrets and wishes to have pampered yourself more when you were healthy. But Geok Guan, please know that you are so deeply LOVED by everyone. The long queue of people who patiently waited in the hospital lobby to see you is testament to that. I couldn't help but smile when you told the nurse to postpone certain procedures because your friends were coming to visit.

I will come by and see you again soon. In the meantime, here's a little poem I wrote for you:
