-The author addresses Terry Thompson as a really negative person
-The author uses Loaded Language to appeal to the readers emotions
-Loaded Language-mauled, strangled, disfigured, death
-The counterargument would be how on line 14 it says how many people who own the animals aren't cruel because some of them love their aniamals.
-In lines 9-16 the author talks about how the animals aren't really allowed to be owned as pets and how even society sees them as danger and how they shouldn't be owned as pets.
-This story doesn't match my point of view because I like exotic animals and want to own one one day.

-In lines 22-30 the author tries to explain why wild animals should be able to be owned as pets , and that people make big deal  about how many people are killed a year from exotic animals, and the author says that if we can judge the animals and kill them ,should we ban kid to stop child abuse and or take away humans because that would stop murder.
