Nogle møder den ene investorer eller samarbejdspartner der gør deres ide guld værd. Nogle har ikke det nødvendige drive, nogle er uheldige. 

2. det svært at konkludere hvad der er den gode ide og hvad der ikke er. Den forkerte person kan have den rette ide og derfor bliver den aldrig udført. Det handler mest om den rette person og hvor meget han/hun er villig til at give for at få sin ide ud i livet

3. det skaber værdi for samfundet og gør landet rigere i kroner og ører

det skaber arbejdspladser samt hjælper til at forenkle borgeres hverdag ved at bidrage deres gode ideer

Udover det så der mange der ikke undersøger hvad det kræver ved opstart og at drive en virksomhed. 
En anden grund kan være at virksomheder ikke kan tilpasse sig forskelluge ændringer eller andre faktorer der kan ske, som forhindre dem i at udvikle sig.
