Risk management is critical to project success. The temptation is just to sweep them under the carpet, never talk about them to the client and hope for the best. But having a robust process around the identification, management and mitigation of risk is what helps prevent risks from becoming issues. 

The risk that the students will face in failing to complete the final year project are:
1. Students fail to obtain a diploma 
2. If it fails to prepare the project then it will be extend their semester

Subject Matter Expertise:  a person who is an authority in a particular area or topic.  They’ll know everything about the work that their teams execute; the platforms and systems they use, and the possibilities and limitations, and the kinds of issues that typically occur. Without subject matter expertise through project management, a project becomes unbalanced.

Example: in our project, we divide into 3 parts which are design interface, create database and functionality to 3 different person. Alisa expert in designing the interface while Fatini create the database because she knows about SQLite. And lastly, to make sure that all button and database are function correctly, the expert one is Asyiqin.

Strategic alignment is the process and the result of linking an organization's structure and resources with its strategy and business environment (regulatory, physical, etc.) Strategic alignment enables higher performance by optimizing the contributions of people, processes, and inputs to the realization of measurable objectives and, thus, minimizing waste and misdirection of effort and resources to unintended or unspecified purposes. In the modern, global business environment, strategic alignment should be viewed broadly as encompassing not only the human and other resources within any particular organization but also across organizations with complementary objectives (i.e., performance/business partners). 

"Strategic alignment" can also refer to a state in which a "company's business and product development strategies are aligned with its customers, users, and marketplace," leading to economic success.
