This was a piece we did not get to when writing the briefer, but I would like to contribute to looking for case studies if that would be helpful. Also - the IHRB is working on gathering positive stories on just transition, there may be examples there: https://www.just-stories.org/

Just want to note that, for security reasons, an activity might on paper be called something like traditional dance workshop or eco-tourism training, to avoid government scrutiny - but really what is happening is the important organizing work needed to respond to a project.
