We can play the part on the electric keyboard so that we can imitate the sound of a harmonica.
Q2  In your selected beatles song, there are four parts- guitar, lead vocals, drum kit and keyboard. There are nine people in your group. How do you distribute the materials?
There can be 2 guitarists, 3 lead vocals, one person playing the drum kit, one pianists. We can also arrange a harmony part so other members can sing the harmony part.
 
Q3 In your selected beatles song, the vocal part is too high, only in certain sections (top B,see below) for all of you to sing. What will you do?
We can arrange the song to a lower key or maybe the higher notes can be moved down by an octave.

Q4 You are finding the harmony part a little too repetitive (G-C-D  chords only) How can you make it more interesting and retain its style at the same time?
Some variations can be made, eg. we can use different instruments or maybe the rhythm can be changed.

I may consider to change the harmonica part into another instrument, such as recorder or piano or ukulele. Otherwise, I may learn it myself.

I will ask four person to sing the vocal part as there are four ppl in the Beatles. For the guitar part, I will ask two person to play it. Two person for the drum kit and one for the keyboard.

I will change song if nobody can hit the high note, or sing an octave lower
