When we talked about AIS system, Accounting itself we can't change it. All AIS have the same system and standard. But how the system itself makes it easier to be used by the users.

What are some common challenges you've encountered during the implementation of AIS, particularly with regards to systems like Awfatech?

The common challenge that they have faced is the system interuption.

What is target market of this system and how did you encounter this target?

Their target market mostly Islamic institution. As he mention earlier, he tells that there are over 5000 users of their product and the bigest industry is Zakat, Masjid, Education institution.

In your opinion, what are the key strengths and weaknesses of the Awfatech System compared to other AIS solutions?

He said that we can't tell our weaknesses. If we tell about it, we can't promote our product effectively.

Can you share any best practices or tips for successful person based on your experience?

He said that don't stop study. Education can makes someone being one step closer to being a successful people. He also said that he also continuing study in Master and ACCA. Then, know what we want to be. Why we choose the path. He ask us one by one why we choose this course and what our occupation. When we have clear path, we know the right strategy to being a successful person in order to archieve our goals.

• We used this system 0ver 7 years. My experience in using this system, we can't used fully about this system. This system provide about student attandance, their ecademic, tahfiz system and their achievment. there also can generate cash sales, student fees and income statement.

What are some of the main benefits you've observed from using AIS like the Awfatech System in your work?

• Some of benefits we get from this system, our space in generate all data is simply and the time become shorter and the more important thing we became paperless.

From your perspective, what are some challenges or limitations associated with the Awfatech System or similar AIS solutions?

• Some of challengest we meet is system breakdown and when no internet access. This problems may make our works delayed. Then when there are some limitation on information especially non admin of the system, they can have some misunderstanding.

How involved were accountants in the implementation and customization of the Awfatech System within your organization?

• We did not involve in any of system or accounting standard because they provide to use to easy to used this system and they will manage it accordingly for us. If there any problems or suggestion, we can contact them to give our report smoothly

In your opinion, what suggestion that you would prefer to upgrade the system that you used?

• For my perspective, I would like this system to be upgraded, every information and transaction from parent must be in auto generate email instead of they open our system to get the information. and the use of cash sales, fees and invoice can be widely used among us. Then, I would like to them to provide the usage of account payable in this system.

The product that awfatech wants to develop is a system that equipped with very complete financial reports such as cash book, daily collections, income, expenses, trial balance and profit and loss which makes it easier for us. In addition, the fee payment platform is also available using fpx, credit and debit cards which helps a lot for those parent who may be busy and don't need to bother using the old ways. they can also monitor their debt fees.

Historically, they started using it since 2017. Before this, they used it manually. By writting one by one receipt.

Awfatech was initially established by targeting islamic school. The data of this tahfiz school they already have. and they started contacting them and offering this system to them. At the end, the school agrees to use this system

What was the experience like when integrating this system into your company?

In this system there is a collection and payment system and can be recorded systematically. such as a complete customer list database, invoices and payment receipts. There is also a list of expenses such as a list of products, complete supplier orders, payment vouchers and online orders.

using this system is actually interesting to be able to manage SCHOOL finances better. We can reduce costs. Apart from that, the gap between administrators, teachers and parents has become more closed. in addition, we can educate parents by introducing this system. It's easy to use, affordable for private SCHOOLS and all data is safe and protected.
