In my opinion I think that requires more courage for Jackie Robinson is for M.L.B. That requires more courage because Jackie Robinson was going to play on a team with all whites. In the text it says, Rickey warned that I would be called all kinds of names, threatened, and attacked physically. Jackie Robinson was black and he wanted to play in the M.L.B be he never let those people stop him from playing. Another reason is that Jackie Robinson wanted to be able to let more black people to play in the M.L.B. In the text it says, "I thought of the doors opening to other black players after me, and how the color barrier of baseball. The team that he is on was only white he wanted more black people to join he to play in the M.L.B. That is why I think it takes more courage to play in M.L.B then going on ice.

I think the one that required more courage is when Jackie Robinson tested the ice for his children and her friends. My first reason is he tested the ice for his children even though he could not swim he risked his life. My second reason is that he took a shovel and a broom stick just to check the ice because if he fell in he could of sink to the bottom or just drowned. My third reason is

In my opinion I think that it took more courage from Jackie Robinson to test the color barrier in the M.L.B because during that time there was racism and he was told from Mr. Rickey that he could be insulted or even physically attacked. So it must have required tons of courage to take that risk. Another reason I think it required more courage for Jackie to test the color barrier is because during Jackie's baseball game people were shouting insults because of the color of his skin which made Jackie Robinson struggle to keep his temper from exploding. This shows me that it took more courage for Jackie Robinson to test the color barrier than to test the Ice.

I think it took more courage for Jackie Robinson to test the ice in baseball because it took a lot of courage to face the white people. It took courage because of the color of Jackie's skin. He was the first black baseball player in the MLB. He broke the color barrier for other players. This is why I think it took courage to play baseball

I think that when Jackie Robinson tested the color barrier it required more courage. one reason I think it's the color barrier is that even though Branch Rickey told him that he was going to get bulled, he did it anyway. so one word to describe him is fearless. I know this because it is vary hard to do some thing wen you know people might be attacking you.

In my opinion it took more courage to test the ice for his children and there friends because Jackie Robinson did not know how to swim. If the ice cracked he could've died because he could of froze to death. Sunk down under the water.Jackie could of also Drowned.Also Hit his head. Jackie Robinson risked his life for others and that takes a lot of courage Jackie Robinson is the bravest person i met. He had a lot of courage to test the ice for others and risk dying. That's why i think it took more courage to test the ice.

I think joining M.L.B takes more courage because he faced white people calling him names and threatening him. Another reason is he was the first African American to play baseball. Lastly, he broke the color barrier of whites and blacks playing baseball and opening doors ( Giving opportunity for black people to follow their dreams.) That is why I think its takes a lot more courage to play in the M.L.B. than testing the Ice.

Jackie Roberson broke the barrier so that blacks and whites can play together. In my opinion It took more courage to test the ice.I think this because if the ice cracks he will fall in the water and he cant swim and can freeze to death.And in baseball he would only need courage to ignor the people who were bulling him because he is black and everyone else is white and he isn't sacrificing to play baseball. So it took more courage to test the ice than MLB baseball.

In my opinion I think that it required more couarge to test the actuel ice.A reason I can support my opinion is that Jackie did not know how to swim and if the ice broke when Jackie was testing the ice he could of had drowned and this could have happened but Jackie had the couarge to take that chance.This is why I think it required more couarge to test the actual ice.

In my opinion I think that he showed more courage when he entered the MLB . I think this because when he entered the MLB he was not afraid, even though he was going to be bullied. Another reason why i chose mlb is he never gave up on his dream because when they named called him but never got down got back up pushed fowerd. My last reason is that he got really famous and he got famous not only because he broke the color barrier he was famous for being a roll modle and leading his was still nice when they still bullied him.

In my opinion i think that he was more courage because. One reason is when he went on the ice for his children to ice skate and he he did not know how to swim so if the ice breaks he will have to drown. Another reason is Jackie risked his life because so that his children could ice skate and then a air bubble hit the ice and made a boom and Jackie thought the ice cracked.

In my opinion I think that it's more couraging testing the ice. One reason is even though he was scared of water and JR didn't know how to swim but he checked the ice for his daughter's friend's and he was risking his life for daughter friends but they were ice skating and JR was self-confident.
