The challenge in my opinion is to design it in a way that the text is still readable and clear. my font choice was Futura because it’s a font that I did research about in basic design and it’s a font that I feel comfortable reading. I design the text in a very minimal style and kept it to almost 1 paragraph per page, the choice of design relates to my issue with dyslexia and readability. I always feel overwhelmed with the amount of text in a book, or a novel and I rarely complete reading it because of that. So, the way it’s designed now makes it very easy and clear for reading. The other challenge I faced is being limited to only 3 or 4 websites for the pictures we want to use, it’s a good challenge that makes you think of different solutions which might change the result. After I decided on the style that I want to go for to complete the minimal design I used the graphics as they are which is a big no no, that’s another obstacle that I need to complete.
