The lives of the Japanese-Americans were mainly impacted because they had to leave everything that they had accomplished behind when they were taken to the internment camps. Somewhere obligated to fight against their people during the war. Even though they weren't tortured they still suffered a great amount of time because the US government feared that they were going to ally with the Japanese and help them win the war against the US armed forces. They were also discriminated by the Americas.
