To explain this topic , we will need to divide into two parts is  'training' and 'education' . Training provides  skills opposed to education provides a knowledge . Both aspects are not the same even conflict each other . Nowadays , many people after graduating have trouble in finding  job  because they do not have the knowledge or skils to be able to find a good job .  The majority of students today fall into two cases they have  knowledge but lack of skills and have skills but lack of knowledge  because universities cannot guarantee two aspects at the same time.

 In conclusion, Universities should apply the theory and practice of teaching to create a foundation for students to find suitable career.     


   

Universities have abilities to organize an effective course for trainees. Firstly, universities have top- notch facilities such as rooms , computers , laboratories,.., which support students effectively in studying. Secondly , college[s] absolutely have condition to open high quality courses to orientate pupils . For instance , teachers could open more extra vocational guidance classes , which helps them have basic foundation [?] about their jobs.

There is no doubt when saying that universities have positive qualities. Teachers as well as professors in universities have enough experience to provide students with the best way. Currently , universities have worked like a training personnel organization . In fact , nowadays , there are various universities related to companies to create employment opportunities for graduated students . 

Inconclusion , instead of teaching compulsory subjects , universities should provide course for training skill-workers as well as knowledge workers for companies.

Universities will teach us the necessary and important skills that we can apply when we are outside of society and when we are looking for a job. I think that every level of the university will give us really useful knowledge for us later. Higher education plays a huge role for the students where they have the opportunity to develop their own skills. Therefore, we can  see [that] the training and education at the university also helps us in some part necessary when we go to work and when we communicate in society.

In conclusion, universities should cultivate more for students on soft skills and communication skills so that they can develop themselves better and better.

Firstly, universities have abilities to provide to you the best system of departements and technolgy whicht can support people in learning. Secondly, University teaches how to study more efficiently in general, work with complex problems which can be approached to real life, and how to get teamwork. Moreover, you will organize a wide- range of studying fields which provides to you experiences in future job

On the other hand, there are now many educational institutions affiliated with companies to help students get jobs after being educated by university. That's a great organization! It can help us be more comfortable in directing our future work for ourselves.

In general, to create a job training, further education college should reduce the theoretical subjects and instead teach more skills, career orientation, or can also open more training classes to help students find good jobs

Universities give us a lot of things can help us to looking for work such as: soft skill, communication skill, knowledge, relationship... but besides those training is neccessary. Because by that we can gain a practical knowledge that is not found in books.

Training is an experience so that we can easily find a favorite job later.

First of all, many students go to university to get higher education than high school and get a high level of information for a specific subject that they are interested in. Besides, they are not only equipped with the knowledge of their major; but also gain knowledge in other fields that can assist them a lot in their future work.

Secondly, the degree from a university can help many people get a great job . In fact, sometimes people need competencies rather than qualifications, but if you don’t  have a university degree, you have to make a lot of effort for a long time to show your ability. And a university degree is a proof that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of the job.

Lastly, university is an active environment that helps people learn a lot of essential soft skills such as: communication, teamwork, problem solving,so on. In addition,the experiences and the knowledge gained in university also give people self-confidence. The experiences and skills help improve yourself .

In conclusion, university education gives people many great opportunities to have well-paid jobs. People should try to go to the university to get this wonderful advantages.

So why this happen and how to solve it? First, when registering for university entrance exam, students lack of career orientation. Because of choosing the wrong branch of learning, it leads to passive learning. They wait for teachers to convey knowledge, don’t prepare for the lesson and become lazier. There is no employer wants to recruit a person that mechanical and lazy. Second, some universities don’t train for their students what they need, some of them only trains hard skills and don’t focus or completely forget about soft skills. It’s make their students lose a big advantage of getting good job and compete with the others! 

So what should we do? Here is the solution! Universities should train simultaneously train hard and soft skills, cooperate with companies to help graduate students have a best change to get good jobs. The curriculum should stick to the profession the students choose. Schools should partner with businesses to enhance opportunities for students. Students need to receive detailed  career orientation.
