I have created a PPT deck of curated slides that I can pull from for a plethora of reasons! It includes product slides, common data slides, or ones I have made from scratch but may want to reuse in the future. It saves me a lot of time when making new decks and I can quickly reference them in meetings if needed.

Try Calendly or Zoom's booking link that syncs with your Outlook calendar and allow educators to book meetings with you based on your availability without the back and forth! You can carve out specific times/days and specific criteria as well to ensure it works well with your weekly schedule.
