Some technologies are extremely difficult to grasp. However, things were difficult when I first started COMA class, but as I learned more about technology, I became more confident in my ability to use as much technology as possible. You'll understand what I'm talking about, and you'll notice a difference in your workplace as well as how much you've improved your competitiveness in terms of technology use. 

Since I am an athlete, I use this one app to help me understand proper diet, a healthy approach to train your body, and what I should do before doing anything.
