It is because, the structure and population for some country have changes a lot and does not follow this atlas which mean it can lead to a false information even though this atlas is legit. Because of release in 2004, which is 21 years a go is too old for using it.

Strength

• The atlas really attracted the user to read it and all the information about the country is in this atlas.

Weakness

• The world is changing rapidly these days and most information has changed over time, making this atlas unsuitable for being in a library.
