John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, John Jay,  Thomas Jefferson, and  Henry Laurens. They conducted "The Treaty of Paris" witch included these six conditions included
1) The United States is independent 
2) America's New Bounders (See Map Below)
3) United States would recevie the right to fish off of Canada's Atlantic coast 
4) Each side would repay the debts owned to each other
5) The British must return all enslaved persons they have captured form the war
6) Congress recommends that the states return any property seized from Loyalist
This would solve the problem of peace between the Americans and the British to make our independence offical.
