Can break down into many group, able to see it clearly and can be track when is needed. This also help to increase the inventory performance, it is able to check how many stock left in the warehouse, so it can be know how much is needed. 
If this can cooperate with efficiency supplier, the manufacturer also can keep their invenotry in low level, because the manufacturer has a long term manaufature planning, and they know how much they needed in future. So the supplier just deliver the supplies to the manufaceturer in every coming period. Then the manufacturer can lower down the invetory cose and archieve the part of lean concept.
