         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Good Sleep hygiene- setting a schedule and try to get at least 7 1/2 hours of sleep.</li><li>Eat healthy/ balanced diet</li><li>Stay hydrated- adding nutrients to water such as cucumber, lime and watermelon- supports digestion, boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure and clears skin.</li><li>Receive head and back massages</li><li>Maintain a healthy hygiene - wash hair weekly, exfoliate skin etc.</li><li>Pedicures and manicures once a month.</li><li>Ice water face wash</li><li>Invest in things that makes me happy- clothes, shoes, food. </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
