When running SGP reports, make sure you choose the windows you want to compare. You will have to choose Fall to Spring to see that. I assume that many SLO’s are based on this. However, running a Winter to Spring SGP could be interesting.

****SGP reports are always current. This means that next year, you can’t go back and run the SGP reports from Fall to Spring this year. You will instead get the Spring of this year to Fall of next year (the current SGP). So, if you want any full year SGP reports from this year, you should archive them somewhere. The dashboard feature will populate individual historical SGP going forward, but the growth proficiency report will not report this.

Instructional Planning Student
Reading Range 
Screening- This is one that I (Michael) would recommend is archived for each year as it can give some historical perspective of a cohort or grade level.
State Standards Class
State Standards District
State Standards Student
Student Progress Monitoring  (run student report, save as PDF, import into Skyward for future viewing)
