At present, Amazon's development is bright, but it also faces some potential competition and threats, and if these crises are not properly handled, it may put great pressure on the enterprise.
1.The first is the traditional retailer, because Amazon adopts a low-price strategy to improve the user experience, and in recent years has penetrated into all corners of the retail industry, resulting in many companies due to competition and bankruptcy, then the remaining traditional retailers will not sit still, is likely to join forces to resist the impact of Amazon on them.
2.The second is China's e-commerce giant Ali, the previous incident Amazon just announced its withdrawal from China, indicating that in this land of China, Amazon has no effective way to compete with local e-commerce Ali, JD.com, Pinduoduo and so on. At present, Ali's market value has reached 1/2 of Amazon's, and through Lazada began to conquer the e-commerce market in Southeast Asia, coupled with the popularity of Alipay in Japan and Europe, Ali is likely to cover its main business to the entire Asia-Europe region in recent years. At that time, Amazon may face the problem of saturated domestic growth and limited development abroad.

However, the visionary Bezos sees the potential and character of the web, and when a physical large bookstore offers 200,000 books, the online bookstore can provide more choices to readers than 200,000 books.
Bezos reopened the Cadabra in July 1995, renaming the Amazon River, home to some of the most diverse species on Earth. The company was originally registered in Washington State in 1994, changed to Delaware in 1996, and listed on May 15, 1997. The code is AMZN, and the share price is $18 (as of the close of the market on October 12, 2012, the stock price is $242.36).
Amazon's original plan was originally to start making a profit after 4 to 5 years, the dot-com bubble of 2000 caused Amazon's style of steady growth to become a unique story, in the 1990s there were quite a few network companies growing rapidly, when Amazon's shareholders kept complaining that Bezos's business strategy was too conservative and slow, and when the dot-com bubble occurred, those fast-growing network companies have closed their businesses, only Amazon still has profits, the fourth quarter of 2002, Amazon's net profit is about $5 million.
