Moreover this innovation is not only has benefits for customers but also for taxi drivers because they do not need useless drive to get customers. The Innovation has become an effective factor of any businesses. Innovation is the most important method for businesses to boost the companies’ product and to update its quality also assist in getting a high profit and adapt with the case of the market as a result of that it would make a competitive environment which could attracts the costumes. (Innovation: Why Is It Important? 2010) 

 

Since 1990s, Yahoo was a one of the top visited website (Jamous, 2013). which has an online search page and network service like Email, News, Flicker, also Answer page. while innovation of online always has changed and that most of companies has to adapt withe it for example Google has usually improved their services and created and developed their apps and update the database of many websites.

 

Myspace is business that has successful started-up from 2009 to 2011(Magazine, 2015). Myspace is blogs was one of the biggest website which had created by Microsoft company, it is a kind of personal or socially network page that people can meeting and sharing a music and pictures with other people from different countries.one of the reason of had filed, Company did not update their services like live chit and redesign the 'emoji' and the advertising was really simply from other social pages such as Facebook and Tumblr. as result of that the number of user had decreased.

 

Uber is the one of example that show success from bad situation. Uber had many issues such as, lawsuit, protest action, sabotage privacy complaints, accusations of sexism and safety issues.  (Magazine, 2015). However, they tackled these problems. For example, the way of ride on taxi is people have to search taxi on road but if you use Uber, you do not waste time on road and in rainy day, you might not be wet. Moreover, this innovation is not only having benefits for customers but also for taxi drivers because they do not need useless drive to get customers. (Wharton Magazine, 2014) As a result this innovative system made more customers. 

 

Innovation is important for the company. Innovation can help company survive in the market. Due to Yahoo and Myspace didn't have creating a good service. they have failed. However, Uber creating a good service attract customer to use it. Uber succeeded. The financial market will be changing. The company need to constantly innovation.

Yahoo and Myspace did not have creating a good service so they have failed. However, Uber creating a good service attract customer to use it so as a result, Uber succeeded.

In addition, it assists in getting a high profit and adapt with the market needs. However, it results in creating a competitive environment, which will be more benefit to customers and to get what they need. According to Pater Drucker “if an established organization, which in this age necessitating innovation, is not able to innovate, it faces decline and extinction” (Shukla,2009), which mean the company that not use innovation it will lose a control of their business. (Innovation: Why Is It Important? 2010) 

 

Since the 1990s, Yahoo was one of the top visited websites. which has an online search page and network service like Email, News, Flicker, and Answer page. While the online websites always have a high demand, the change plan has taken place to adapt with this and that most of the companies have started the innovation process except Yahoo. As Jamous state “Yahoo focused more on building more and more content channels such as Dating, Travel, job”. But on other side, Google has usually improved their services and created and developed their applications and update the database of many websites. (Jamous, 2013)

 

MySpace is a business that has successful started-up from 2009 to 2011. it is a blog page which was one of the biggest websites, which had created by Microsoft company, it is a kind of personal or social network page that people can be meet and share a music and pictures with the others from different countries. (Shepherd, 2015) One of the reasons for this filed that the company did not update their services to higher level, such as live chat and update the 'emoji'(Baer, 2010). Additionally, the advertisement was really simple comparing to other social pages such as Facebook and Tumblr. As result of that, the number of users had decreased. On the anther hand, Uber is an example of company that shows success from the bad situation. In its started-up, it had many issues such as a lawsuit, protest action, sabotage privacy complaints, accusations of sexism and safety issues (Magazine, 2015). However, they tackled these problems in way they learned from it to avoid it in the future. For example, the way of the ride on the taxi is people have to search taxi on a road but if you use Uber, you do not waste time on the road and in the rainy day, you might not be wet. Moreover, this innovation does not only have benefits for customers but also for taxi drivers because they do not need useless drive to get customers (Wharton Magazine, 2014). As a result, this innovative system had attracted many customers.

 

To sum up, innovation is important for the company as it makes the business more sustainable in the market. This essay has illustrated the reasons why innovation is important and has support it with examples to explain the innovation importance. Yahoo and Myspace did not use this system to create a good service so they have failed. However, Uber has a good example of a company which has create a good service to attract customer to use its service which has resulted in successful company.
